Concierge

Areas of responsibility:

  • guest relation and attendance during the trip – on board and ashore
  • guaranteeing accuracy of guest information documents
  • jointly responsible for the smooth course of transfers; coordinating and confirming changes in guest travel plans; assisting guests with any request
  • providing guests with in-depth information about the cities where the ship docks; composing, updating and printing concierge sheets for specific cities
  • building and maintaining a network of contacts per city for services that guests may be interested in
  • providing support in announcements and presentations
  • accompanying and supervising the logistics and quality of excursions
  • additional duties such as support with daily programs, guest entertainment, front desk substitution etc.
Profile:
  • education in tourism/hotel management
  • work experience in a similar position
  • experience working abroad
  • fluent in English; German, French, Spanish and Italian are an advantage
  • familiar with MS Office
  • customer-oriented, outgoing personality
  • a minimum age of 22 years is required
