RECEPTIONIST

Areas of responsibility:
  • responsible for the entire reception area, shop as well as the safety system
  • central information point on board, concierge duties and guest relations
  • foreign money exchange, general reception work, supply of printed matter
  • administration of the guest accounts in the front-office program Protel
  • control of daily closings, deliveries and delivery notes as well as preparation of the end-of-month adjustment in cooperation with the hotel manager
  • organizing and conducting the check-in and check-out
  • providing support for the hotel manager
Profile:
  • at least 2 years work experience in a similar position
  • education in hotel management
  • fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
  • familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of Protel is an advantage
  • customer-oriented
  • a minimum age of 23 years is required
