Utility Dishwasher
Areas of responsibility:
- responsible for cleaning of crockery in the kitchen and cleanliness/order in the scullery
- assist the Executive Chef in placing orders for cleaning materials and equipment
- responsible for correct handling of cleaning materials and equipment
- assist in cleaning kitchen facilities, adhering to hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP
- assist with deliveries, guest luggage, and other departments as necessary
- secondary school qualifications
- fluent in German or English, other languages are an advantage
- 1 year experience in hotel/catering industry
- a minimum age of 20 years is required
