Areas of responsibility:

  • responsible for cleaning of crockery in the kitchen and cleanliness/order in the scullery
  • assist the Executive Chef in placing orders for cleaning materials and equipment
  • responsible for correct handling of cleaning materials and equipment
  • assist in cleaning kitchen facilities, adhering to hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP
  • assist with deliveries, guest luggage, and other departments as necessary
Profile:
  • secondary school qualifications
  • fluent in German or English, other languages are an advantage
  • 1 year experience in hotel/catering industry
  • a minimum age of 20 years is required
