The journey begins in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where Trevor tours Palermo Soho, samples Argentinean food and enjoys a Tango Show. The next stop is Ushuaia–known as "the End of the World"–where Trevor boards the Viking Octantis, ready for his voyage ahead.

Now on board, Trevor crosses the infamous Drake Passage before setting eyes on the "White Continent". Join in as he kayaks through Antarctic waters, navigating icebergs and learning about sea ice, along with his first onshore landing.

Trevor visits the onboard Science Lab, where guests can learn from and participate with scientists undertaking primary research. Onshore, Trevor visits a penguin colony and the Guvernøren shipwreck that caught fire in 1915.

The final episode begins with a submarine dive where Trevor descends to the depths of the Southern Ocean and witnesses an elusive ice fish on the ocean floor. The team then takes a Special Operations Boat ride and encounters a pod of humpback whales.

We begin in Madrid, Spain, where Trevor enjoys Spanish cuisine and visits Toledo. Then it’s off to Lisbon to begin his 10‑day Portugal’s River of Gold cruisetour. In Lisbon he explores the Alfama District and Jeronimos Monastery, and ends with a culinary tour.

Trevor navigates the Douro’s river locks before exploring the 600‑year‑old fortress town of Castello Rodrigo. He crosses into Spain to visit UNESCO‑listed Salamanca, then continues to Favaios to visit a traditional bakery, and enjoy a cellar tour and lunch.
